Biscoff Truffles

Biscoff Truffles

These super easy No Bake 3 Ingredients Biscoff Truffles are incredibly indulgent bite-sized treats, ideal for holidays, gifting, or simply as an everyday sweet delight

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Chilling Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Servings: 16

Ingredients

  • 240 grams (8,5 oz) Biscoff Cookies – or 30 biscoff cookies
  • 240 grams (1 cup) Biscoff Spread – or cookie butter spread
  • 220 grams (7,5 oz) Dark Cooking Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Crush Biscoff Cookies in a food processor until they’re very fine crumbs. (If you don’t have a food processor1.)
  2. Add Biscoff Spread (slightly melted in the microwave if needed) to the crumbs and blend until it forms a thick paste.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Use a small ice cream scoop to form the dough into balls. Roll them with your hands and gently press to compact them. Place the balls on a lined tray and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Put Cooking Chocolate in a heat-proof bowl and melt it over a double boiler until smooth, or microwave it in 30-second increments.
  6. Take the balls out of the freezer. Dip each one in the melted chocolate until fully coated, then lift them out with a small fork. Tap the fork gently on the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate, then return the balls to the lined tray. If the chocolate starts to set, remelt it.
  7. Chill the coated balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  8. Optional: If desired, re-melt any leftover chocolate and drizzle it over the Biscoff truffles. Sprinkle with Biscoff crumbs.
Store the truffles in the fridge.
