Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Like most comfort foods are, it’s easy and simple to make, and it’s a perfect way to get kids to eat more protein and vegetables. The creamy cheesiness of this dish makes it a winner! If you’re looking for a simple casserole for dinner that works its way into your daily rotation, that was it!

Ingredients
1 lb of penne pasta
2 tbs of olive oil
2 boneless, skinless of chicken breasts, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 large head of broccoli cut into florets
2 16 oz jars of Alfredo sauce
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
cooking spray
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1.Set a stockpot for the pasta to boil. Cut up your boneless, skinless chicken breasts when cooking the penne pasta and season them with salt and pepper.
2. To a pan coated with olive oil, add the chicken. Till the chicken is no longer pink, cook over medium heat.
3. When finished, drain the pasta and return to the stockpot. To taste, add the broccoli florets, ham, Alfredo sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix completely.
4. Use cooking spray to spray a 9×13 baking dish. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish from the stockpot and top it with the Parmesan cheese.
5. To the top of the dish, add the shredded mozzarella.
6. Bake for around 30 mins at 375 degrees.
