- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with baking spray.
- Use a food processor to crush 24 Oreos with unsalted butter into fine crumbs.
- Press the Oreo mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments (a total of 90 seconds), stirring each time until smooth.
- In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid small chunks.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing each one fully before adding the next. While the mixer is running at low speed, slowly pour in the melted chocolate.
- Add sour cream and vanilla until smooth, then pour the mixture into the baking dish.
- Bake for 50 minutes until set and firm.
- Chill completely before serving.
