Chocolate Nutella Cookies Recipe

Rich, chewy, chocolatey, hazelnut-y chocolate Nutella cookies, with chopped hazelnuts and Nutella spread.

1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of white granulated sugar
1 cup of Nutella
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups, plus 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of chocolate chips
1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts


1. Beat the margarine, sugars, Nutella: Preheat stove to 350°F. Beat the spread in an electric blender for 3 minutes until light and fleecy.

2. Include the darker sugar, white sugar, and Nutella and blend well, scratching down the sides of the bowl to guarantee notwithstanding blending.

3. Add eggs, vanilla concentrate: Add the eggs, each one in turn, beating for 30 seconds between each. Include the vanilla concentrate and blend for 10 seconds.

4. Whisk dry fixings, add to spread blend: Whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, and heating soft drink (don’t skirt this progression as filtering dispenses with clusters of cocoa).

5. Blend into the spread blend on low speed until completely consolidated, scratching down the base and sides at any rate once to guarantee notwithstanding blending.

6. Add chocolate chips and hazelnuts, chill 10 min: Fold in the chocolate chips and hazelnuts and refrigerate the batter for ten minutes.

7. Spoon onto lined treat sheets and prepare: Spoon tablespoon-sized drops of mixture onto the material paper lined treat sheets. Heat at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

8. Permit to cool on the sheets for a moment or two preceding exchanging to a wire rack to complete the process of cooling.
