Ingredients
3 bananas, ripe, smashed
1/3 cup of butter melted
3/4 cup of sugar
1 egg of beaten
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of walnuts chopped

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
1. Combine the butter into the mashed bananas in a big bowl using a wooden spoon. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla to the mixture. Sprinkle the baking soda over the mixture with salt and combine it in. Lastly, add the flour, mix just enough to blend the ingredients; don’t really overmix, it will work out the lumps themselves.
2. To spread evenly through the batter, add chopped walnuts to the batter and combine them in.
3. A 4 to 8-inch loaf pan with butter. With parchment paper, line the bottom of the pan, butter the parchment paper too. In the pan, pour in the batter. For 1 hour, bake. On a rack, cool. Remove and cut from the pan to serve.
