Easy Brownies Recipe

If you’re craving chocolate brownies, this Easy Brownies Recipe has to be made. They are thick and cakey, but they are full of flavor and taste extremely yummy with chocolate.

Ingredients

1/4 cup (58 g) of pureed avocado, about half of 1 large avocado
1/4 cup (60 ml) of melted coconut oil
1 cup (130 g) of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (43 g) of unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup (113 g) of coconut sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup (180 ml) of canned coconut milk

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Use cooking spray to lightly line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil and mist.

2. Whisk the avocado and coconut oil together in a big bowl till smooth Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, salt, and coconut milk together until mixed.

3. Spread the batter evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes till it comes out clean with a toothpick inserted in the middle

4. Entirely cool brownies in a pan on a wire rack. Cut and start serving into squares. Stored in an airtight container at room temperature, the brownies may remain fresh for up to 3 days.

Notes
If you would like less of a cake-like brownie, try to slightly underbake them. It might make it fudgy in texture for the brownies.

    Hello! They look delicious!
    My daughter is lactose intolerant so we are looking into new recipes of things that will be good for her. Only one question, is there anything we can substitute the coconut milk for? Not really a fan and if it tastes a bit like coconut we wont be able to eat it.
