EGGLESS TIRAMISU CAKE
This easy-to-assemble Tiramisu Cake only requires 7 ingredients and excludes raw eggs and alcohol. It can be made in advance.
WHAT IS IN A TIRAMISÙ?
Savoiardi Ladyfingers biscuits, fresh eggs, mascarpone cheese, sugar, mocha coffee, and unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting are included in the traditional recipe.
For those who like tiramisu but don’t want to bother with the trouble of a strictly traditional recipe, this is a fairly simple recipe.
TIRAMISU INGREDIENTS
Ladyfingers biscuits
Mascarpone cheese
Heavy whipping cream 36% (heavy cream will whip-fast and better plus hold its shape longer than whipping cream).
Turbinado Sugar is also known as raw cane sugar or granulated sugar
Vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
Strong coffee like espresso
Unsweetened Cocoa powder for dusting
THIS TIRAMISU IS
Rich delicious strong coffee-soaked ladyfingers
The Tiramisu dessert pairs perfectly with layers of whipped cream flavored with vanilla extract and sweetened with turbinado sugar, which has a delicate caramel flavor.
The final and essential step in making this eggless Tiramisu is a generous dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Italian’s translation of tiramisu is “pick-me-up.” A dessert that is served cold but not frozen is referred to as a “semifreddo.”
TIPS
In our experience, tiramisu is always better served the following day after being chilled overnight.
If you use a low-fat brand of mascarpone cheese, you run the risk of getting runny cream.

You can prepare it a day or two in advance.
Refrigeration is required for tiramisu cake.
In the refrigerator, leftovers can be kept for up to two days if they are well-covered.
