Instant Pot Ranch Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts around 1 breast, cut into chunks
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 package of Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing mix
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and put it in the instant pot.
- Pour in chicken broth, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir to mix well. Add pasta and stir again, making sure the noodles are submerged in the liquid.
- Close the lid tightly and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on manual or pressure cook mode at high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Once done, carefully turn the valve to quick release and open the pot.
- Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until they melt and blend with the sauce.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes. The sauce will thicken as it cools down.
