This mango cheesecake has a simple graham cracker crust, a filling that is creamy, mildly sweet, and slightly tangy, and a mango jelly on top that not only makes the cake look very impressive but also tastes delicious.

PIN THIS FOR LATER

This cheesecake is a dessert that will brighten your day. Make using familiar cheesecake ingredients and fresh mangos. Since this recipe doesn’t require baking, there’s no need to turn on the oven!

WHY THIS RECIPE IS GOOD
Is the best dessert for mango lovers.
Does not requires turning on the oven.
Made with easy ingredients.
Is decorated with the mango topping. optional.
Simple to make!

TIPS
Use room temperature cream cheese for this recipe; doing otherwise will make it difficult to combine the cream cheese smoothly, and we don’t want that. use a springform pan. Each and every one of our cheesecake recipes call for springform tins. By doing this, you can be sure that your cake will release from the pan with ease.

Use Philadelphia cream cheese or high-fat cream cheese. By using full-fat cream cheese, you can be certain that your cheesecake won’t crumble.
Make sure to use room temperature ingredients for a smooth and creamy cheesecake. Make sure your cream cheese is completely soft before you start making this cheesecake.

To make sure that the mixture is homogeneous and free of cream cheese lumps, frequently scrape the bowl’s sides.
Put your cheesecake in the fridge to chill for at least five hours. Even though it’s very tempting to devour this delicious cheesecake right away, you need to give it some time to set it up in the pan. We prefer to leave the cheesecake in the fridge for the entire night.

How long will this mango cheesecake last?
This cheesecake will last for up to about 3 days stored in the fridge in an airtight container.

May I skip the gelatin in this mango cheesecake?
Although it’s optional, we use gelatin to stabilize this cake. Be aware that the cake will be looser than usual. It is necessary for the mango jelly, though, as the mango topping won’t turn into jelly without the gelatin.

How to decorate this mango cheesecake?
Mango jelly is a nice topping for this cheesecake. Another option for decoration is to pipe dollops of whipped cream around the cake’s edges and then place a slice of mango on top of each dollop.

STORING
Because it contains dairy, keep this dessert covered tightly in the fridge for up to 3 days. The next day, I like to eat this.

FREEZING
It freezes beautifully, this cheesecake. When the cheesecake is fully set, cover it with a few layers of foil or plastic wrap and freeze it. The cheesecake can be frozen for 3 months. Put the cheesecake in the fridge for the night to thaw.

SUBSTITUTIONS
To make this cake gluten-free friendly, use gluten-free crackers in place of the graham crackers or digestive biscuits.

VARIATIONS
When it comes to the cake’s topping, mango curd is a great alternative to using gelatin.
Mango swirl: For a lovely design on top of the cheesecake, use mango puree instead of making a jello mango topping.

SERVING
We enjoy topping this cheesecake with whipped cream and serving it with the mango topping. This cheesecake is refreshing, especially on a hot summer day.
