A yummy orange loaf cake made with fresh orange juice, orange zest, and oil that tastes like a butterless pound cake.
If you looooove an orange pound cake, you’re going to love this now, too. It tastes like a pound cake, but best of all, it’s made without butter, yes, with oil, fresh orange juice, and lots of orange zest.
I understand the oil makes the cake moist and I brush it with fresh orange juice once it comes out of the oven to prevent the cake from drying out. It’s awesome that it’s just orange juice, and there is no orange syrup in it. If you’d like to dust it with powdered sugar that I didn’t have, make coffee or tea for this cake. Don’t miss the cake if you really like oranges.
