Pasta Skillet Recipe
It’s a recipe supper for skillet pasta and it just takes approximately 30 minutes to pull together.
INGREDIENTS
For the marinara sauce (or substitute 2 1/2 to 3 cups of store-bought sauce):
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 cups (180g) of diced red onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 28-oz. (795g) of crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon of honey or sugar
1/4 cup (5g) of chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup (5g) of chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
For the pasta:
8 ounces (225g) of penne pasta
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pound (450g) of chicken sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 or 6 cups (100g to 150g) baby spinach
1 1/2 cups (140g) of shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped parsley, to garnish
METHOD
1. Preheat up to 350F on the oven.
2. Make marinara sauce (or replace locally bought sauce): Heat 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat in a large stove-safe sautéed dish. Add the onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are thin and translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for thirty seconds. Include squashed tomatoes and cook for 2 mins until the sauce begins to rise in a fast stew.
3. Reduce the heat to low and give the sauce a chance to stew gradually for 5 to 7 minutes, mixing once in a while. Mix in nectar, parsley, basil, and oregano and cook for one more moment. Season the sauce to your liking with salt. Kill in warmth. (Make 2 1/2 to 3 glasses; refrigerate for 4 to 5 days or solidify for 3 months.)
4. Pasta cooking: Put 2 quarts of water in a pot to bubble. Season it with a liberal salt squeeze. Include pasta when the water bubbles and cook for 7 to 9 mins, depending on the way you like your pasta. Deplete the pasta and run it under viruses water. Set aside.
5. Make the wiener and spinach sauce: Heat 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil in a vast skillet over medium-high warmth. Include hacked hotdog and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until the point when the meat is cooked through. Include pasta sauce and warmth for a moment. Include spinach and overlap it into the sauce. The spinach should begin shriveling in 30 seconds.
