  • ¼-⅓ cup 70-90 g pizza sauce
  • 6 oz 170 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons 30 gr salted butter melted
  • Pepperoni optional
  • Grated parmesan cheese for sprinkling opt
  • Fresh shredded basil for sprinkling opt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your pizza dough according to the instructions. Once it has risen beautifully, transfer it to a lightly floured surface and knead it just a few times until smooth and elastic. Roll it out into a 15x9” (38x23 cm) rectangle.
  • Gently brush the dough with a whisper of olive oil, then spread a generous layer of pizza sauce, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Evenly scatter a layer of cheese over the sauce, followed by a tempting arrangement of pepperoni slices, if using.
  • Starting from the longer side, roll the dough into a tight log, making sure to keep it firm and even.
  • Place it on a parchment-lined tray or plate and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes—this helps keep the shape intact while slicing and baking. If chilling longer than 15 minutes, cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
