For the bars:

1/2 cup Challenge Unsalted Butter melted
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

For the frosting:

8 ounces Challenge Cream Cheese softened
4 tablespoons Challenge Unsalted Butter softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
