S’MORES CUPCAKES
The addition of a graham cracker crust on the bottom is a total game-changer. While I’ve always loved a good graham cracker crust, it never occurred to me to put it on a cupcake until now.
For the frosting, I decided to go with a marshmallow buttercream. I opted for a traditional buttercream frosting flavored with marshmallow creme. It turned out buttery, marshmallowy, and absolutely delightful.
To finish off our s’more cupcakes, we topped them with crushed graham crackers and a generous drizzle of thick chocolate sauce (like Ghirardelli or Torani) for decoration, but feel free to skip this step if you prefer.
