Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
Homemade Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars are a perfect holiday treat! We enhanced these blondies by mixing in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. On the top, there’s a luscious white chocolate cream cheese frosting with a hint of orange zest, additional white chocolate, and a sprinkle of dried cranberries for extra flavor and charm!

INGREDIENTS
Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup salted butter
- 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips melted and divided in half for frosting and topping
- 1 tbsp grated orange zest
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Frosting and Toppings
- Remaining melted White chocolate
- dried cranberries
- Optional: pistachios rough chop
INSTRUCTIONS
Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cover a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Spray it with nonstick spray and set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set this mixture aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar. Let it cool to room temperature.
- With a mixer, beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture until just mixed—no streaks of flour should remain.
- Add the cranberries and white chocolate chips to the batter and stir them in.
- Spread the thick batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Be careful not to over-bake.
- Let it cool completely on a wire rack for about 2 hours.
- Make the White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting by using a mixer to blend cream cheese, half of the melted white chocolate, orange zest, and powdered sugar until smooth.
For the Frosting and Toppings:
- Frost the blondies and sprinkle them with cranberries.
- Drizzle the remaining melted white chocolate on top and let it set.
- For a festive touch, add pistachio nuts for green, red, and white Christmas colors. It looks beautiful and tastes delicious too!
Notes:
- To Store Cranberry Bliss Bars: Take the blondies out of the pan and cut them as desired. Keep them tightly sealed in the fridge until ready to serve, for up to 5 days.
- You can freeze the bars for up to six weeks in an airtight container.
- This recipe makes 12 large bars, but you can cut them smaller into squares and triangles.
