Tandoori Chicken
Learn how to make the easiest Chicken Tandoori in the oven. Without a clay tandoor oven, it has the best tandoor flavors and is soft, juicy, and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients
1 Pound of Skinless chicken (bone-in sliced into 3-inch pieces)
1 – 1/4 Cups of Hung curd or greek yogurt
1/4 cup of Mustard Oil
3 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
4 tbsp of Tandoori Masala Powder (Best Quality)
2 tbsp of Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp of Salt (to taste)
2 tbsp of Lemon Juice
Instructions
1. In a clean dry bowl, hold all the ingredients except the chicken and give a nice blend.
2. Add the chicken pieces next, and coat them with the marinade excellently.
3. Cover and enable the marinated chicken in the refrigerator to rest overnight.
4. To 375 F, preheat the oven.
5. On a wire rack, arrange the marinated chicken pieces. On a baking tray, put the wire rack and bake for around 40 minutes.
6. Take out the chicken pieces after the first 20 minutes and turn them upside down and bake for around 20 mins for the rest.
7. To get the charred look, broil for an extra five minutes. Enjoy!
