Cookies

½ cup butter, softened → 113 g

½ cup granulated sugar → 100 g

½ cup packed light brown sugar → 110 g

1 large egg → 50 g (without shell)

1 tsp vanilla extract → 5 g

1¾ cups all-purpose flour → 220 g

1 tbsp all-purpose flour → 8 g

½ tsp baking powder → 2 g

½ tsp baking soda → 3 g

½ tsp salt → 3 g

1 tbsp instant espresso powder → 5 g

Frosting

¾ cup mascarpone cheese → 170 g

¾ cup confectioners’ sugar → 90 g

½ cup heavy cream → 120 g

1 tsp vanilla extract → 5 g

1 tbsp honey → 21 g

2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting) → 10 g]]></description>
