Amazing Blueberry donuts with sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, low in fat, lemon glaze, healthy and yummy.
These vegan donuts would be a hit when you make them for your friends or family. Currently, I have never met anyone who doesn’t like blueberry donuts. And they are a healthy dessert since these donuts are baked and not deep-fried.
In comparison to store-bought donuts, these baked blueberry donuts are incredibly healthy. We don’t have butter, no eggs, no gluten, no dairy! And you may keep the sugar-free glaze refined.
It did not take more than 15 minutes to set up those vegan blueberry donuts. They also only have to be in the oven for 15 minutes. So, when you begin to make them now, you can enjoy them in around 30 minutes.
These baked blueberry donuts, as I mentioned before, are much healthier than store-bought donuts because they are not deep-fried. I’ve added lots of blueberries, not just because I loooooooove them, but because they’re also very healthy.

Is there an alternative for potato starch?
Holly Henry
Your best bet: Tapioca starch
A decent second choice: Arrowroot
In a pinch: Corn starch
