Chocolate Fudge Bars
With just 4 ingredients, this Chocolate Fudge Bar is made. A simple and yummy treat for dessert!

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 of cups creamy no-stir peanut butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
10 oz dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/8 cup of coconut flour
flaked sea salt, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, put the chocolate chips and melt them in 30-second increments in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
2. Add the peanut butter, then the vanilla extract, and finally the coconut flour (stir in each separately).
3. With wax paper, line a loaf pan or other small dish and pour in the fudge. Cover with flakes of sea salt and place in the freezer till set (around an hour or so).
4. Remove and cut into fudge pieces from the wax paper. Store any leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container or Ziploc bag till ready to be used.
NOTES
This recipe requires creamy peanut butter no-stir, which is pre-sweetened nut butter. This affects the texture so that when buying, be good to ask for “no-stir”.
