This is possibly the best recipe for the moistest, beautifully sweetened and easiest banana bread I’ve ever found. I added walnuts and cinnamon to this recipe, and they’re entirely optional, even if I love my banana bread with walnuts. You wouldn’t even need a mixer, just mix it with a big wooden spoon! This recipe is so simple.
