The extra cup of coffee, tea, and soda can be skipped. In the meanwhile, you will get a boost from a few of these chocolate truffles. These bites are gluten-free, vegan, dense, chocolatey, and not too sweet, and do not involve you turning on the oven.
To make these truffles, you only need a bunch of ingredients: dark chocolate, coconut milk, vanilla, espresso, and agave syrup. I like adding a pinch of salt to the sea as well.
Chocolate truffles couldn’t be simpler to make. Simply heat the coconut milk and then pour the dark chocolate over it.
Let the chocolate sit until it becomes nice and melted, and stir until it’s smooth. It’s like just making a ganache!
The rest of the ingredients are added and stirred well. This is in which you can add something extra, such as shredded coconut or chopped nuts. Finely chopped dried fruit would have been yummy as well.
To be firm, the ganache must be refrigerated for approximately 3 hours. Scoop it and roll it into a 1 tablespoon ball size once it’s firm. It may be helpful to lightly wet your hands before you roll if it gets too sticky. In cocoa powder, you may roll the truffle bites, crush the nuts or leave them plain. These truffles of chocolate are simple yet entirely delicious.
