Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
1 lb of fresh strawberries, diced
1 lb of fresh pineapple, diced
12 oz of fresh blueberries
12 oz red grapes, diced into halves
4 kiwis, peeled and diced
1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges in juice, and drained well, and sliced into halves
2 ripe bananas, diced*
Honey Lime Dressing
1/4 of cup honey
2 tsp of lime zest (zest of two medium limes)
1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice
Instructions
– Add all the fruit to a large mixing bowl and whisk the honey, lime zest, and lime juice together in a small mixing bowl.
– Just before serving, pour fruit over and toss to coat evenly (when it sits for a few minutes the juices will gather at the bottom, so toss again before plating).
* Bananas are not pictured because I later decided to add them because I love the sweet flavor they add.
