1 1/2lbsbonelessskinless chicken breasts, grilled then cooled 10 mins and diced
Romaine lettuce2/3 of 1 head
2small avocadoespeeled and diced
1cuphalved grape tomatoes
1/3cupfinely shredded or shaved parmesan cheese
4burrito size whole wheat or white tortillas
Dressing
2/3cupfat-free plain Greek yogurt
1/4cuplight-mayonnaise
1tabelspoon olive oil
3anchovy filletsmashed finely to a paste (1 1/2 teaspoon paste)
1 1/2tabelspoon fresh lemon juice
2teaspoonworchestershire sauce
1 1/2teaspoondijon mustard
