Ingredients

1/2cuphoney
1/2cuprice vinegar
1/4cupof brown sugar
7clovesof garlicminced
1.5Tbsp.corn starch
1Tbsp.of sesame oil
1.5tsp.of gingerground or fresh
2tsp.sesame seeds
1/2tsp.of red pepper flakes
3green onionsseparating white bottoms from green tops
For garnishextra sesame seeds
2Tbspof olive oil to grease the panYou could use sesame oil however I always feel that olive oil has the most neutral taste.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. If you want to cook on the grill, preheat the grill to medium.
Whisk together cornstarch and sesame oil on the stovetop. Heat before the bubble begins. Turn the heat down and add the honey, soy, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Heat down for about 5 minutes. Add the green onions, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds and cook for another few minutes.
Turn the burner off and ready your baking plan. The sauce is going to thicken as it sits. Using the olive oil to clean the bottom and sides of the pan, ensuring that each part is covered. Add the chicken legs. Divide the barbecue sauce. Using half the sauce to cover the chicken legs and set aside the other half to serve. Bake for 45 mins.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve right away.
