Ingredients

Peach Pie Bites

  • 1 can 8-count Pillsbury Grands! biscuits, not flaky layers
  • 255 g peach pie filling 1 cup, peaches cut into small pieces
  • 113 g unsalted butter melted (½ cup or 1 stick)

Glaze

  • 250 g confectioners' sugar 2 cups
  • 60 –75 ml whole milk room temperature (4–5 tbsp)

Instructions

  • Open the can of biscuits and gently separate each biscuit into two thin layers. Flatten each piece with your hands into a circle about 4 inches wide. You should end up with 16 dough circles.
  • Place about 1 tablespoon of the chopped peach filling in the center of each circle. Be careful not to overfill them, as this can make sealing more difficult.
  • Bring the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching them together firmly to seal completely. Roll each filled biscuit gently between your hands to create a smooth, even ball with the seam tucked underneath.
  • Brush every pie bite generously with the melted butter, coating both the top and bottom for a beautifully golden finish.
  • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray to help prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the peach pie bites in the basket with the sealed side facing down, leaving about 2 inches of space between each one so the hot air can circulate properly. If your air fryer is smaller, cook them in batches rather than overcrowding the basket.
  • Air fry at 330°F for 8 minutes, or until the pie bites are puffed and evenly golden brown. Transfer them to a wire rack and let them cool for a few minutes while you prepare the glaze.
  • For the glaze:
  • whisk together the confectioners' sugar and milk in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little more milk, one teaspoon at a time, until the glaze reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Using a fork, dip each warm peach pie bite into the glaze, or gently roll it until evenly coated. Return them to a wire rack set over a baking sheet to catch any excess glaze.
  • Allow the glaze to set for a few minutes before serving. These little treats are delicious served warm, but they're just as wonderful once they've cooled to room temperature.

Notes

Oven Baking Instructions
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the peach pie bites exactly as directed above. Instead of placing them in the air fryer, arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until they are lightly puffed and beautifully golden.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes, then dip each pie bite into the prepared glaze and allow it to set before serving.
