1loaf French breador any bread you prefer
1cupchopped spinachif it is frozen, thaw and drain
8oz.1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupParmesan cheese
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupmayonnaise
8oz.cream cheesesoftened
1teaspoonminced garlic
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the following ingredients until smooth: Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and minced garlic. Once well combined, gently stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts.
Place the bread halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over each half, and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Afterward, switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
