  • 1 loaf French bread or any bread you prefer
  • 1 cup chopped spinach if it is frozen, thaw and drain
  • 8 oz. 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the following ingredients until smooth: Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and minced garlic. Once well combined, gently stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts.
  • Place the bread halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over each half, and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Afterward, switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
