Ingredients
1homemade pizza crust
1tbspunsalted butter
1clovegarlicminced
2ouncesof cream cheese softenedcut to small pieces
1/2cupmilk
1/3cupfreshly grated parmesan cheeseand a little extra for topping on the pizza
1/4tspeachsalt and freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste
1cupcooked chickenchopped
1cupshredded mozzarella chee
Instructions
Make the Sauce:
Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Put in cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Slowly add milk while stirring until smooth.
Mix in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Prepare the Pizza Crust:
Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a big circle.
If it's thick crust, pre-bake it for 4-5 minutes at 425°F. Skip this step for thin crust.
Assemble the Pizza:
Spread alfredo sauce over the crust.
Add a thin layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by chopped chicken, more mozzarella, and a sprinkle of extra parmesan cheese.
Bake:
Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
