1/2cupmayonnaise

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites until they become foamy, about 1-2 minutes. Then, whisk in the cornstarch and water until well combined. Finally, gently fold in the chicken, coating it thoroughly.
In a large pot, heat three inches of oil over medium-high heat to 350°F. Fry the chicken pieces in two batches, cooking each batch for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
