Instructions
Heat the oven to 250 ° F and spray the baking rack with a non-stick spray. Set the rack on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, combine chicken and baking powder with salt. Put the wings on the rack, in a single layer, with a little space between them. Cook for 30 mins or so.
