Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken drumettes and wingettes approximately 20 pieces
  • tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • Celery Sticks for serving
  • Ranch or Blue Cheese for serving

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 250 ° F and spray the baking rack with a non-stick spray. Set the rack on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken and baking powder with salt. Put the wings on the rack, in a single layer, with a little space between them. Cook for 30 mins or so.
  • After 30 mins, heat up to 425 ° F and cook for another 45-50 mins or until chicken is crispy and golden brown. Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for about 5 mins.
  • Toss in the Buffalo sauce and start serving immediately with the celery sticks and, if desired, garnish with sliced green onions. Enjoy it!
