Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Rinse the chicken wings and trim any excess of the skin. Don't remove the skin, or you may lose your crispness. Pat chicken is dry.
In a big bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and seasoning. Add the chicken and coat with a mixture of flour.
Start preparing a large cookie sheet by covering it with foil and spraying with a cooking spray. Plan the chicken to the cookie sheet, at least one inch apart. Bake for around 35 minutes, turn on for about 20 mins.
Make the sauce while the chicken is cooking. Add about 1/2 cup of the hot cayenne sauce and a little butter to the saucepan. Heat to low and stir until butter has melted and the sauce starts to bubble. Taste, if the sauce needs more heat, go ahead and add a few pieces of Tabasco or a few pieces of Tabasco.
Transfer the cooked chicken wings to a large bowl. Add the sauce to the crispy wings of the chicken and toss to coat.
Start serving with celery and carrot sticks and a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
