Ingredients
1/2cupmashed banana
3/4cupself raising flour you could add a tablespoon more if it's too wet
1tabelspoon of banana bread spice mix from Spice Tub or spices of choice

2tabelspoon melted butter use dairy free if needed
1tabelspoon banana bread spice mix or spices of choice
1/3cupgranulated sugar optional
melted chocolate optional
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, flour, and spice mix together.
Stir until the dough starts to form.
Use your hands to gently knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft.
Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces.
Place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 180°C for 8 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, gently shake the basket so they cook evenly on all sides.
Coating
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and spice mix together.
Brush or dip each piece in melted butter.
Roll them in the spiced sugar mixture until fully coated.
If you like, drizzle or dip them in melted chocolate. This step is optional.
Notes
They taste best when eaten right away while warm.
You can store them in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Before eating, warm them slightly so they become soft again.
