3large eggs
About ¾ cup granulated sugar
Just under 1 cup all-purpose flour
2tablespoonscocoa powder
For the Cream
240gcream cheeseLabneh or mascarpone
200mlheavy cream
3tablespoonsgranulated sugar
1tablespooninstant coffee powder
1packet vanilla sugaror 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the Brownie:
Melt butter in a saucepan, add chocolate, and stir until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and creamy.
Combine the chocolate mixture with the eggs and sugar.
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder; gently fold to combine.
Pour batter into a parchment-lined 22 cm (9-inch) baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 175°C (350°F) oven for 20–25 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Make the Cream:
Whip together cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, coffee powder, and vanilla until firm peaks form.
Refrigerate until needed.
Assemble the Tiramisu:
Spread the cream evenly over the cooled brownie.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.
Optional: Lightly soak the brownie with coffee for an extra coffee kick.
