Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup 80ml full fat coconut milk from a can
  • 2 tabelspoon of coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup 80ml smooth and runny nut butter
  • 2 tabelspoon 15g of Caramel Slice Plant Protein powder

chocolate ganach

  • 1/3 cup of vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tabelspoon of coconut milk
  • 1 tabelspoon of coconut oil

Instructions

  • Combine the full-fat coconut milk, coconut oil, and nut butter in a small saucepan. Warm gently, whisking constantly until fully melted and smooth.
  • Remove from the heat, then stir in the protein powder until the mixture forms a soft, pliable dough.
  • Divide the dough into six equal portions and press each into silicone muffin molds, smoothing the tops with the back of a teaspoon.
  • For the chocolate ganache, melt the vegan chocolate chips together with the coconut milk and coconut oil until glossy.
  • Pour over the fudge cups and refrigerate for four hours to set. If you like, sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
  • Keep stored in the fridge for up to five days.
