- 1/3 cup 80ml full fat coconut milk from a can
- 2 tabelspoon of coconut oil
- 1/3 cup 80ml smooth and runny nut butter
- 2 tabelspoon 15g of Caramel Slice Plant Protein powder
chocolate ganach
- 1/3 cup of vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tabelspoon of coconut milk
- 1 tabelspoon of coconut oil
Combine the full-fat coconut milk, coconut oil, and nut butter in a small saucepan. Warm gently, whisking constantly until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from the heat, then stir in the protein powder until the mixture forms a soft, pliable dough.
Divide the dough into six equal portions and press each into silicone muffin molds, smoothing the tops with the back of a teaspoon.
For the chocolate ganache, melt the vegan chocolate chips together with the coconut milk and coconut oil until glossy.
Pour over the fudge cups and refrigerate for four hours to set. If you like, sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
Keep stored in the fridge for up to five days.
