½cup113g unsalted butter melted and cooled
½cup170g Local Hive™ Clover Raw and Unfiltered Honey
1½cups350g overripe bananas mashed
2cups250g all-purpose flour
2large eggs room temperature
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1tspbaking soda
½tspground cinnamon
½tspsalt
Instructions
Set your oven to 350°F. Lightly coat an 8-9 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray, then line it with parchment paper, leaving the edges overhanging for easy removal.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and honey until smooth. Add the vanilla extract, eggs, and mashed bananas, stirring until everything is well blended.
Gently fold the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into the wet mixture until no dry streaks remain.
Transfer the honey banana bread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
