12-3 lb. large salmon fillet
6Tbalespoon buttermelted

3garlic cloves and minced

Drizzle of Sriracha sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Line a large baking sheet with foil, then place another sheet of foil on top and lightly coat with nonstick spray. Lay the salmon on top of the foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lime juice, honey, garlic, and chopped cilantro. Pour this mixture over the salmon, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
Fold the edges of the foil around the salmon and cover it with another piece of foil, creating a sealed tent.
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the top foil and set the oven to broil. Broil the salmon for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the top is golden and caramelized.
Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with extra cilantro, lime slices, and a drizzle of Sriracha, if you like a bit of heat.
