Ingredients
1/2poundboneless skinless chicken breasts around 1 breastcut into chunks
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1package of Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing mix
3cupslow-sodium chicken broth
8ouncescream cheese
1poundpenne pasta
2cupsmilk
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and put it in the instant pot.
Pour in chicken broth, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir to mix well. Add pasta and stir again, making sure the noodles are submerged in the liquid.
Close the lid tightly and set the valve to sealing.
Cook on manual or pressure cook mode at high pressure for 4 minutes.
Once done, carefully turn the valve to quick release and open the pot.
Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until they melt and blend with the sauce.
