- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, and half of the prepared creamy wing sauce. Mix until well combined.
Add the chopped green onion, minced garlic, celery, and breadcrumbs to the mixture. Stir everything together until fully incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop, form meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the remaining creamy wing sauce and transfer them to your serving dish.
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional green onions and crumbled blue cheese on top of the meatballs, if desired.
Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
Creamy Wing Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine butter, wing sauce, and blue cheese crumbles.
Heat over medium-high, stirring continuously until the butter and blue cheese are fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
Once melted, remove from heat.
