Instructions
Add flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a food processor. Pulse for about 15 seconds until the oatmeal is broken down and the ingredients are well combined.
Next, add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Process for an additional 20 seconds or until the batter is smooth and well-mixed.
