Preheat the oven to 450°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats for more even cooking and a crispier crust.
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and 1 tablespoon of blue cheese. Let the chicken marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
Spread the pizza dough onto a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan (or onto the heated stone). Use a fork to poke holes in the dough to prevent it from bubbling.
Layer the pizza with sauce, followed by most of the mozzarella. Add the marinated chicken, sliced onions, and banana peppers, then top with the remaining mozzarella.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons of blue cheese and 1-2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce over the pizza.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove it.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the pizza crust and return the pizza to the oven.
Bake for an additional 2 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Garnish with chopped green onions, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Slice and serve!
