Whether you’re celebrating a special event, giving a thoughtful gift, or simply indulging in a sweet treat, White Chocolate Truffles are the perfect choice. The combination of smooth white chocolate, elegant presentation, and luxurious taste makes them a crowd-pleaser that everyone will enjoy.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate, cream or condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each to ensure the chocolate melts evenly without scorching.
Once smooth, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and fridge for 2 hours, or until the mixture firms up enough to handle.
Scoop small portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, and if desired, sprinkle your favorite toppings before the coating hardens (this time, I skipped the toppings).
Arrange the truffles on a wax paper-lined tray and allow the chocolate to set completely. For an extra touch, drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the top of each truffle. Enjoy these creamy bites of delight!
