EGGLESS TIRAMISU CAKE

EGGLESS TIRAMISU CAKE

This easy-to-assemble Tiramisu Cake only requires 7 ingredients and excludes raw eggs and alcohol. It can be made in advance.

yield: 10
prep time: 10 minutes
total time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 24 ladyfingers biscuits
  • ⅓ cup and 1 tsp (85 grams) of Turbinado Sugar, Known as well as raw cane sugar
  • 1 cup and 2 tbsp (250 grams) of mascarpone cheese (to be cold)
  • 1 and ¼ cups (300 ml) of Heavy whipping cream (to be chilled)
  • 1 cup and ¼ cup (300 ml) of strong coffee (to be cold)
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
  • Unsweetened Cocoa powder for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Make the coffee before you begin so it has time to cool before use.
    2. The final presentation is more amazing than using the springform pan base to serve the cake, so after making this eggless cake, We suggest placing the rim, not the base, of an 8-inch (20-cm) springform pan on a bigger serving plate.
    3. Mascarpone and 3 tbsp of heavy whipping cream should be blended thoroughly in a medium bowl before being set aside.
    4. Whip the cream until soft peaks form while adding the vanilla extract and turbinado sugar.
    5. Mascarpone cream should be added, then combined as you keep whisking.
    6. You can either grease the cake pan’s rim and then press parchment paper around the sides, skipping this step, and then use a knife to remove the chilled cake from the rim.
    7. Set the plate’s rim on it. Ladyfingers should be quickly dipped into cold or room-temperature coffee.
    8. With the dipped ladyfingers, create a firm (no space) layer inside the cake ring. You’ll require to cut some biscuits to fit the springform pan.
    9. Over the base of the ladyfingers, spread half of the mascarpone cream. Spread it evenly with an offset spatula.
    10. Try to achieve a solid layer for the second layer by repeating the procedure with the remaining mascarpone cream and dipped ladyfingers. Using an offset spatula, flatten the cream nicely on top. Place in the fridge for three hours or all night.
    11. Place in the fridge (uncovered) for at least three hours. Add some unsweetened cocoa powder and enjoy.
    12. If you plan to serve it the following day, wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator, and then dusted it with cocoa powder right before serving.
