Ingredients
1 3/4cupof desiccated coconut
1 3/4cupof powdered sugar
1/2cupof sweetened condensed milk
2cupsof dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
2Tbspof shortening
Instructions
Combine the confectioners' sugar with the coconut and condensed milk in a large bowl.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and put the mixture on a wax paper-lined pan. Place until firm, in the refrigerator.
Melt the chocolate chips with shortening in a microwave-safe glass bowl, removing them to stir just once twice till smooth.
Dip every other ball into the chocolate to allow it to drip off the excess chocolate.
Put on the waxed paper with the chocolate balls; let stand until set. Store it in the refrigerator
