- 2 pounds chicken drumettes and wingettes approximately 20 pieces
- 1½ tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce store-bought or homemade
- Celery Sticks for serving

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 250 ° F and spray the baking rack with a non-stick spray. Set the rack on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
